What kind of world does this painting remind you of?
No object, no landmark, no above and no below. Anutosh's paintings glimpse an unknown world, in which mysterious forms move freely. We wonder at the size of this alienating space, of which it is a part. We catch a glimpse of another universe, of a greater whole that seems to expand endlessly. The artist gives us the space to make our own meaning out of the forms and colours, and to determine what we are viewing. For Anutosh, his work is a search within painting for his own visual language in form, texture and technique.
